Data protection regulation:

Protecting your personal data is a priority for us. This is why we only process your data on the basis of the respective legal regulations (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). This data protection information serves to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing related to our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us using the form on this website or via email, we will save the data you provided for 6 months for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and for the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass your data on to third parties without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text data that are stored on your device using the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain on your device until you delete them. They allow us to be able to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website. If you do not consent to this, you can adjust the settings of your browser so that it informs you when cookies are stored and so that you can allow it in individual cases only. If you deactivate cookies, you might not be able to use certain functions on our website.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (Web analysis service of Google LLV (“Google”)). Google uses cookies. The information created by the cookie about the users’ use of the online service are as a rule transferred to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. To do so, cookies that make it possible to analyse the users’ use of the website are used. The information created thereby is transferred to the server of the provider and saved there. You can prevent this by adjusting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract on commissioned data processing with the provider. Use of IP-addresses based on the legal basis “legitimate interest”; in this case, pseudonymisation is recommended: your IP address is collected, but immediately [i.e. by deleting the last 8 bits) pseudonymised. This makes it possible to only roughly localise you. The connection to the web analysis provider is based on “Privacy Shield”. The data are processed based on the legal provisions of § 96 Par 3 Telecommunications Act as well as Art 6 Par 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our objective within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our website. Since we consider the privacy of our users very important, we pseudonymise the user data.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection laws or that your data protection rights were infringed in any other way, you can lodge a claim with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this authority is the Data Protection Authority.
